House Rules

Warhammer Fantasy:

1.  Saves for magic resistance can always be taken. If a spell states that no ward saves may be taken, this does not apply to ward saves derived from magic resistance.
2. Woods are area terrain and provide soft cover up to 3". If a model is in excess of 3" of wood it is in hard cover, but confers soft cover to any target unit when shooting out of the woods.
3. Hold Fire: I unit may pass a discipline (LD) check to hold until short range when performing a stand and shoot reaction.

Warhammer 40k:

1. Woods are area terrain and provide 5+ cover up to 3". In excess of 3" woods provide 4+ cover, but confer 6+ cover to a target unit when shooting out of the woods.

Battlefleet Gothic:

1. A target ship can only ever be in a single arc at any given time, and this arc is determined stem-to-stem.
