So here is a progress update for my Tomb Guard, I've been production lining them and I've finally got past the boring colours and washes and onto the detailing. I finally have some finished product to display.

Those guys are pretty damn cool. I like that they have unique shields, it will really make the unit stand out.

ReplyDeleteThat unit is going to look pretty damn striking when it's done. I like that gold and black a lot, but it must be a bitch to paint such rich metal on black.
ReplyDeleteYa, I really wanted them to stand out in the army so I picked something that contrasts with the brightness of the rest of the army. Then I realized how long it takes to do all those fucking gold lines, so ya its the only unit with that scheme
